Bill Pay
Q: How do I set up recurring bill payments through my credit card or checking account?
A: You can set up recurring bill payments by calling our office during normal business hours, or by using our convenient anytime eBill portal. Find the forms for ACH and instructions on using eBill here.
Q: What is Giant’s bill payment policy?
A: All customers are billed on the first of the month and payment is due by the fifteenth of the billed month, as stated on the front page of the bill. If the customer has not paid by the fifteenth, a late notice is mailed on the next business day. This notice informs the customer of the date service will be disconnected if no payment is received. Approximately five days after the late notice is sent, automated telephone calls are made if the payment is still not received. If payment has not been received by the date stated on the late notice, service is disconnected and a $49.95 reconnect fee will be applied if the customer makes payment to have service reconnected.

Q: What is a UPS with AVR?
A: As a general rule we recommend that all of our customers have their computers and internet equipment plugged into a UPS with AVR. UPS stands for Uninterrupted Power Supply, and is commonly referred to as a battery back-up. AVR is a feature that is available on some UPS units. AVR stands for Automatic Voltage Regulation. The use of a UPS with an AVR will greatly lengthen the life of most electronics plugged into it as it shields them from not only black-outs but also under voltage, over voltage and "noisy" power.

Q: Why can't I get above channel 13?
A: Occasionally due to power outages or loss of signal your TV will loose it's programming. If you are unable to receive above channel 13 but are able to receive 2-13 then this has happened to your TV. To fix this, go into your on screen menu on your TV and put it in the cable mode. This will allow you to receive channels above 13. To find out how to access your menu and where to find the cable mode please consult your TV owners manual.
